Our Human Resource teams have shaped a unique interview framework to ensure every applicant gets the same opportunities. Our interview process consists of two to four of the following steps depending on whether you’re applying for a junior or leadership position:
Personality & Soft skills
Here, you’ll be introduced to a member of the Human Ressources team to discuss your work philosophy, your core values and your personality, as well as what you look for in a job.
Collaboration & Teamwork
In this second interview, you’ll learn more about our organization and how you and your skills could fit here. It’s also an opportunity to discuss your recent professional experiences.
Core skills
The third step is a peer review of your skills: this could concern your technical abilities if you’re applying for a software engineer position or your design skills for jobs in UI Design. You’ll also learn about what people like you are doing at the company, what tools they use, and how they federate as a community.
If you’re applying for a leadership role, you’ll be able to tell us about your vision of a healthy team during this final interview. How do you handle direct reports, conflict management, decision-making, and delegating tasks? We'll also schedule a meeting with your future team so they can get to know you in person.
